• Tuition is due in full 7 days or more prior to student’s 1st class of the session unless payment plans have been established with the office. Payments are due on the 1st of the month and late after 7th of the month.( Mid month payments may be arranged. Please contact office )   $25 late fee for payments will apply.  Cash/Checks/Credit Cards accepted. Just Dance Academy does not give credit and/or refunds if a registration is cancelled less than one week (7 days) prior to class/session beginning unless there is a waiting list for that class. For summer camps and summer intensives the Just Dance Academy does not give credit and/or refunds  for cancel unless the spot can be filled. Summer Camp and Summer Intensive tuition due upon enrollment to secure spot.
  • Dancers MUST wear appropriate dance attire and dance shoes for their respective classes each week.
  • ON TIME! Dancers must be on time for dance classes! It is unsafe for dancers to begin class late as they will have missed their warm up. It is also disruptive to others in the class.
  • Just Dance Academy assumes all dancers will participate in upcoming performances unless the studio is informed otherwise. Participation is optional and not required to take dance class.
  • Students participating in the winter performance may only miss 2 classes during the fall session in order to perform.
  • Students participating in the spring performance may only miss 3 classes during the spring session in order to perform. Please use misses for illness.   Children will get sick during the school year.
  • Students participating in the performance MUST be in attendance the mandatory rehearsals in order to perform. NO exceptions! Please see performance and rehearsal pages.
  • Students who miss 3 lessons or more in a row in either session will NOT be allowed to perform. It is difficult for the student, and very difficult /disruptive to other students in the class and the instructor.   A dancer who misses 3 in a row due to medical issues will be considered for performance on a case by case basis.
  • JDA is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items in or around premises.
